We have a niche practice in Employment Law and are familiar with the provisions of the Employment Act. We are able to draft Employment Contracts where the interests of the Employer are safeguarded and ensure that ‘Post Employment Competition’ clauses are reasonable to the extent that it is valid under the law. We also ensure that the ‘Confidential Information’ clauses in Employment Contracts comply with the current legal requirements for enforceability.
We are also able to advice clients on the validity of Termination whether it be Summary Dismissal for Misconduct or Termination pursuant to the terms of the Employment Contract. We will ensure that the clauses in the Employment Contract do not infringe the Employment Act so that they are held to be valid and enforceable.
